Gerry.

There used to be a paragliding company that worked out of the El Buena Vista Hotel on the Perezozo Road in Ojochal.  You might ask there.  You might also check with George (a german guy with the ultralight ) to see what he knows.  Head toward the beach in town in Uvita and ask around for George.  You will see his grass runway as you near the entrance to the Playa Bellena Beach in the entrance in town in Uvita, not the entrance along the Costanera highway.
